In questi ultimi tempi, a casa mia si è scoperto il latte condensato,...io lo uso spesso per le creme, mentre ai miei ragazzi piace molto spalmarlo sui biscotti!
Siccome il costo non è indifferente, ho voluto cimentarmi nella sua realizzazione, per cui cercando sia sul web, che tra i miei tanti libri di ricette, ho trovato degli appunti presi non so dove, che ho voluto realizzare!
E' stata una scelta molto felice, perchè il risultato è stato ottimo....è finito in un lampo....l'ho rifatto altre volte e l'ho anche utilizzato per una ricetta che posterò a breve.
Latte condensato
Ingredienti:
mezzo litro di latte intero
150 gr. di zucchero
150 gr. di zucchero
In un pentolino con il doppio fondo versare il latte e lo zucchero, fare bollire a fuoco medio per circa 40 minuti, si deve ottenere un composto dorato.
Togliere dal pentolino, versare in una ciotola e mettere a raffreddare, alla fine si avrà una consistenza semiliquida.
Versare in un contenitore di vetro e tenere in frigo.
Avvertenza: non far bollire più del tempo previsto , altrimenti diventa caramello.
